1. List the common classes of medication used in heart failure.
2. Differentiate which medications have an impact on mortality in heart failure and which medications affect symptoms.
3. Identify common criteria for selection of agents in heart failure.
Upon completion of this activity, pharmacy technicians will be able to:
1. Recognize the common medications used in heart failure.
2. Recognize common symptoms of heart failure.
3. Identify common adverse effects of heart failure medications.
