1) List indications for SGLT2 inhibitors
2) Describe SGLT2 inhibitors mechanism on cardiovascular effects
3) Summarize guideline recommendations for SGLT2 inhibitor initiation for heart failure
4) Assess the efficacy, safety and cost of SGLT2 inhibitors in heart failure
